导师辨识特征：农药所三楼学术水平：这时候大概已经退休了吧科研经费：占的房间非常多，仪器也非常多，要什么都学生自己填单子就买。应该还挺充足的，学生还有钱再请人学生补助：具体不清楚，我只是个做毕设的本科生师生关系：人还是很和蔼，也愿意给讲东西，给改论文，但是年纪太大了精力不行了。组里的研究生基本就是跟着前代研究生的套路，换系列走。工作时间：基本不过问学生前途：不清楚
