导师辨识特征：蒙族人学术水平：成果还是不错的科研经费：还好师生关系：高勒老师为人和善，尊重学生，实验室会搞集体活动、毕业旅行，学生们都很敬爱高勒老师。比较维护学生，教务处难为学生时老师会亲自出面学生前途：找不到工作老师会帮介绍工作
