学术水平：是清华的大牛，一生的履历极其辉煌，科研能力很强，不过来了华理基本没做过实验。方向比较老旧，其实整个华理生物的方向都比较老，交叉学科少。科研经费：很穷，实验室极其简陋，做点啥实验都需要去别的实验室借。学生补助：学生补助蛮好的，看了一圈发现就白老师补助还行师生关系：基本放养式，基本没什么指点，联系微信很少能及时回复，并且经常出差。杂活倒是很少。工作时间：打卡不严格学生前途：都是生物的，给他五颗星吧唉
