导师辨识特征：蔡教授是湘大智能导航遥感学科带头人，科研项目充足。学术水平：蔡老师学术能力较强，是中科院的博士，现在是博士生导师。科研经费：科研经费充足，项目很多。学生补助：只要是在课题项目中做事的，每月都有补助。师生关系：蔡老师为人和蔼可亲，支持学生多写论文，投SCI/EI等高水平论文。中文核心和写学生第一作者，老师通讯作者。工作时间：没有要求打卡，但是蔡老师每天都比学生早到实验室。学生前途：学生都是签的大公司，华为、中兴、海信、中海达等
