学术水平：学术水平还行科研经费：科研经费也还可以学生补助：一学期1000～2000，根据年级浮动师生关系：实验室管理严格，经常需要打扫卫生。工作日8点签到，基本不安排杂活工作时间：工作日都需要在的，日常签到。迟到什么的会扣钱学生前途：不允许实习，研究方向就业极差
