导师辨识特征：课堂氛围尴尬 学术水平：学术水平不清楚，但是讲课水平差。上课就是念PPT、让学生抄PPT，PPT也非她的备课成果，百度一搜网络上有一模一样的。甚至直接用学生的作业当自己课件。官腔严重。 师生关系：不少学生质疑其期末考试凭主观喜好打分。
