导师辨识特征：学生很多，大部分都成了他的工人。知名的开饭店人士，生意人。学术水平：不觉得有什么学术水平，更像是一个老板科研经费：一般般，他心思都不在科研上面学生补助：极度抠门师生关系：严格师徒制度，到底是教书育人还是做苦力。工作时间：极为长，经常还要为他忙他生意上的事情学生前途：毫无前途可言，唯一学到的东西就是对科研的放手，去开饭店最好了。
