导师辨识特征：内蒙古人，爱抽烟，有点驼背，瘦瘦的学术水平：在师大很久了，还是副教授，三年基本没从他的课上学到什么，都是让学生自个讨论科研经费：几乎没有。自己也很少科研，很水师生关系：让学生接孩子放学，基本上不管学生，一个学生还让延毕了学生前途：能顺利毕业就不错了
