导师辨识特征：体型瘦高，戴眼镜，说话一套一套的，院长。学术水平：看起来成果很多，实际水平无法判断。科研经费：不清楚学生补助：不清楚师生关系：太忙，上课全是敷衍，迟到不来都是常事，基本见不到面工作时间：完全放养学生前途：应该不错，能被他录取的本身就不愁找工作。
