导师辨识特征：圆圆脸，大高个，海归学术水平：文献阅读量极大，知道很多行业前沿科研经费：回国时间较短，经费依赖于大课题组导师师生关系：尊重学生，不安排杂活，情商高，学生都比较喜欢他学生前途：会提醒学生关注未来前途，带学生去相关学校了解就业形势及自己的可能性，非常不错的导师，但是他本人的人脉可能刚回国还有待继续拓宽，相信会越来越好
