自证认识导师：陈婷梅老师是检验医学院的院长，带教的学生很多学术水平：还行科研经费：经费一般，现在做科研经费都挺难的学生补助：没有补助师生关系：管理还是比较严格工作时间：周末也看到学生在实验室学生前途：会送学生到上海的研究所去学习
