自证认识导师：我不搞科研，我要搞行政。学术水平：能力不是没有，但是不想搞科研，就想去搞行政。科研经费：都是和所里合作的项目。学生补助：学校标准一学期1000 师生关系：对学生很好，但是你是见不到他的。工作时间：随便你，不会管你的。学生前途：自己找，就业面狭窄。
