学术水平：感觉偏行政，不怎么管学生的科研工作科研经费：在大导的课题组，所以不缺科研经费学生补助：只有国家发的补助，其他一毛不拔师生关系：如果不打算读博，可以考虑这个老师，因为不怎么指导科研，并且比较随和，但是如果想继续读博，就尽量不要选工作时间：属于王建华的课题组，几乎没有休息日学生前途：私企、国企、高校老师
