导师辨识特征：现在好像是副系主任，管教学那块的，对学生比较严，有自己的想法学术水平：南京工业大学基本上都是研究等离子那块的，不知道以后干啥科研经费：哈哈师生关系：对自己严格，对学生肯定也严格，不好受
