导师辨识特征：E2二楼办公室，很瘦运动型，头发不多但很精神，果粉 学术水平：学术不错。热情高涨，思想前卫，积极合作 科研经费：经费之前特别多，目前不太多，但是导师一直在努力申请 学生补助：尊重学生，不安排杂活儿，因人施教，公私极其分明 师生关系：允许实习，前途都不错，老师会帮忙，当然主要还是要自己找。
