导师辨识特征：瘦瘦的，短发，戴眼镜，很和善的女老师师生关系：非常好，对学生像对自己的孩子，是那种想尽办法让你毕业的导师，对别的师门学生也很客气关心。学生前途：允许实习，但是好像没项目，找工作还得靠自己实力，毕业是不愁的
