导师辨识特征：1米7左右，小个子，蛤蟆眼，东北口音学术水平：可以发一些土壤学报，农业环境科学学报等中文版刊物科研经费：没见过学生补助：500每学期，需要拿等值火车票交换师生关系：喜欢安排学生打扫实验室卫生，尤其周六。很少关心实验论文等方面进展。工作时间：8:30-22:30x7 学生前途：基本不管，不让实习，使劲压着，毕业后什么也不管。从不介绍工作。
