导师辨识特征：环境学院5楼，个子不高，胖胖的学术水平：以前的不了解，反正现在几乎不写文章，都是手下小老师和学生写的科研经费：还不错，毕竟名声在外学生补助：硕士归小老师管，博士500一个月师生关系：老板比较忙，很少见到面，人比较和蔼，不会给学生安排杂活工作时间：博士靠自觉，硕士归小老师管学生前途：前途是什么？实验室的小老师大多只会压榨学生，还成天说学生不好不自觉
