学术水平：EI期刊论文82篇，核心期刊论文110篇，正在竞选中国工程院院士，学术水平很高。科研经费：经费充足，项目众多，担任副校长，北京市属211，钱不是问题。师生关系：业务繁忙，难得见面，研究生委托其他导师带，需要学生的自学能力。学生前途：导师资源很多，学生出路较广，可以留校任教，例如北京工业大学的赵密教授就是杜修力导师的学生。
