学术水平：今年刚毕业去江苏大学当讲师，搞学术很努力，相当厉害。对车身及优化算法有较深研究，从他的博士论文里能学到许多东西科研经费：跟企业有合作，项目经费可观师生关系：读博期间对师弟指导颇多，特别细心，解答师弟论文的问题也相当有耐心，是很好相处的一个人。
