导师辨识特征：在招生办从事行政工作学术水平：导师唯一发过的一篇SCI是他在博士毕业时写的，基本无科研能力科研经费：老师主要从事行政工作，无科研经费学生补助：每年300块的实验室网费是学生唯一的补助师生关系：粗暴式师生关系，本人老家河南放假不让回家，但是又不知道让学生研究什么，只能在实验室自己想办法，有问题想沟通，结果发现导师出去旅游了工作时间：全年无休学生前途：毫无前途，浪费时光
