学术水平：水平很高，很多文章都发在四大期刊上，为人很低调。科研经费：老师不申请任何基金，不会给学生直接的补助，但经常跟学生一起吃饭。师生关系：不会强求学生，学生需要主动，会有很多交流机会，包括出国或者国人的任何大学，对学生很不错。学生前途：毕业前途不错，有毕业留所的，有去科大任教的。
