导师辨识特征：高分子微针实验室学术水平：郭老师很有想法，点子也多，跟老师发文章比较容易学生补助：在学校相当于正常水平师生关系：老师很关心学生，师生关系基本融洽，比较尊重学生，不怼人工作时间：单休，工作日正常工作时间，晚上也要去，不过不算紧张学生前途：生材环化基本就那么回事儿
