导师辨识特征：软件楼学术水平：大佬中的大佬，很优秀，以身作则科研经费：经费很充足师生关系：尊重学生，有人格魅力工作时间：工作时间要求严格，但是老师也会严格要求自己学生前途：毕业后在学术界很有前提，反正就是老师很优秀！！！
