学术水平：青年千人，这个可以说明问题了吧，楼上所说的并不是那样科研经费：不错师生关系：平常随和，工作认真，楼上偏见大工作时间：加班

学术水平：学术水平并没有达到所给的荣誉，知识懂的很多，idea并不是很多科研经费：经费一般够用学生补助：学校规定的补助师生关系：师德一般，对做的不好的学生偏见比较大，有时候不太照顾学生的感受学生前途：这个应该是自己找出路吧
