学术水平：跟他发IF<5的文章挺容易的（只要他宠你）他顶刊文章都是合作者很强（他挂名不会学生挂的）科研经费：挺多的本科生在他组里打杂不怎么发钱学生补助：爱搭不理，除非他想捧红某学生c位出道师生关系：其实还不错，毕竟做实验的嘛
