导师辨识特征：个子不高，胖胖的，为人十分和蔼可亲，通院电赛教练，本科带模电，综合应用开发实验。学术水平：工程方面能力很强，项目多，工程经验丰富。科研经费：项目多，经费一般，但是老师对学生还是很大方的TAT。学生补助：研究生不清楚，给本科生都是论项目给的。师生关系：师生关系十分融洽。工作时间：项目时间紧的话还是会催一催的，但是也就是嘴上催一催。学生前途：允许实习。
