自证认识导师：贺老师虽然不是我的亲导师，但是他的推荐信让我进入了浙大海洋学院，迈入了水利领域，并坚持到现在，他也是我硕士论文答辩委员会老师，学术水平：我现在换了一个学校读博士，在我这个学校贺老师的在水利领域的学术水平也是十分受认可的科研经费：十分充足师生关系：关爱学生，尊重学生
