自证认识导师：MOF 学术水平：学术水平一般 科研经费：经费不错，对于学生的自主研究也比较支持 学生补助：1000 师生关系：实验室氛围宽松，老师公私分明，没有以权谋私 工作时间：工作时间宽松，至少可以保证，在要求你加班的时候，老师肯定也在加班 学生前途：化学/无机化学本身就是没有什么前途的学科吧，跟老师水平无关，大多数进学校或者出国。
