导师辨识特征：在转基因中心（俗称小二楼）办公学术水平：一线老师，对领域内的论文很熟悉学生补助：作科所正常水平，两千多师生关系：师生关系没得说，性格平易近人，没见发过火工作时间：非常佛系，没有自制力的学生最好不要来，组内氛围比较好学生前途：农口没有实习一说，学生基本都读博了。但是入农学坑请慎重，错不在导师错在行业
