学术水平：学术能力极强，功底深厚，但研究方向相对不是那么前沿。科研经费：能满足学生一切的实验需求，有稳定的经费来源。师生关系：导师非常注重培养学生，师生关系非常好。学生前途：导师对于学生不作要求，只要事先沟通好，可以有一年甚至更长的实习时间。导师还会给出就业指导或者直接提供就业推荐。
