导师辨识特征：女老师，高分子学院226，中等身材女老师学术水平：学术水平较高。高分子课题组组长，科研能力强，近几年发表sci文章特别多科研经费：经费充足，老师对学生买试剂从不苛刻，只要有想法汇报老师，那么绝对不会因为缺乏实验耗材而浪费实验想法的问题。学生补助：500 师生关系：论文从不胡乱安排，谁的就是谁的，不跟其他课题组一样胡乱安排。工作时间：早8.30，不打卡，晚上根据自己时间安排看文献，基本到9.50左右学生前途：毕业读博给帮忙打听老师好坏
