导师辨识特征：90后，电子楼，爱笑，为人和善。学术水平：上交博士，中南特评副教授，学术能力莫得问题。科研经费：感觉经费听充足的，主要是愿意在学生身上花钱。学生补助：具体数目不便透露，中南中等偏上水平。师生关系：挺好的，年轻老师，比较好打交道。工作时间：黄老师不要求时间，会不定期检查进度。学生前途：允许实习，基本上都能发SCI。
