自证认识导师：学院领导学术水平：还不错科研经费：经费充足，不愁没钱学生补助：只要工作，就有补助拿。师生关系：关系不错，挺照顾学生的。工作时间：加班有额外的补助拿学生前途：她是学院领导，有点优势。但大多还要看自己的能力。
