学术水平：学术水平很一般，但是非常自以为是。思维僵化，不管什么内容都往优化方面套科研经费：经费还是比较充足的师生关系：师生关系非常不好，博士生都觉得过于变态和挑剔，对博后更是极其变态学生前途：不是很清楚
