导师辨识特征：物质学院仅有的几位生物方向的老师学术水平：还行吧，文章总体来说不错科研经费：充足学生补助：正常水平师生关系：一般，老师要求挺严的，比较事儿多，挑剔。工作时间：比较push，每周80小时起步吧。学生前途：文章发的很慢，毕业不容易
