自证认识导师：老师人很好，师门带出很多博士，还有满清贵族。学术水平：年轻时是学术大牛，破格提升教授科研经费：没有经费学生补助：较少师生关系：非常好，气氛融洽，毕业及时工作时间：无学生前途：允许实习，为学生着想，比较适合读研
