学术水平一般，自己难以亲自指导学生；科研经费以申报国家基金和省基金为主，基本都能拿到，但较少有横向课题的机会；在物质方面，偶尔有一点抠，但总体为人很nice，大体上对学生很好，尤其是学生毕业，尽心尽力为学生着想，帮助学生；学生毕业前途不错，博士毕业生主要去向是211高校，硕士毕业生去北京的IT公司为主(例如搜狗、华为、腾讯、百度等)。不失为一个好老师。
