导师辨识特征：规划规划，规划到你怀疑人生。现在是副院长。学术水平：不敢恭维。不搞学术了学生补助：规划还是有钱的。师生关系：呵呵。工作时间：规划起来没日没夜。学生前途：有能力就去实习，没那能力就规划吧
