导师辨识特征：不经常去办公室，经常会在自己家里办公。瘦高瘦高的，来学校三四年刚评上副教授。学术水平：发表过sci，只是发论文科研经费：基本上没有，经常克扣学生补助：想啥呢，有时候会发800 师生关系：他在学校里名声不好，贴吧还有他的帖子好像在学校出过事，最后学校把这事情压下去的，会骂人工作时间：everytime 学生前途：不允许
