导师辨识特征：多喝热水！学术水平：年轻有为，前途不可限量科研经费：估计能拿到各种人才帽子，不缺经费学生补助：不知道，推测应该不错师生关系：基本属于同龄人，可以一起嗨工作时间：出成果快又好，所以工作时间比较长。但大家有干劲学生前途：高水平论文在手，将来混科研圈应该不成问题
