导师辨识特征：休斯顿大学毕业，瘦高学术水平：国际视野有的，呆了很多海外学校，引用量和h因子在土木院老师里面比较靠前了吧，很多牛皮哄哄的老师也不过五六百甚至更少，孔老师刚入职已经破千了。科研经费：刚入职，具体手上项目倒是不清楚，应该凑合，有启动经费吧。学生补助：貌似还没有正式的学生，不清楚~ 师生关系：感觉很好相处啊，说话像学长，没有老师架子。学生前途：还没有学生毕业，不过老师真的人好暖~~
