学术水平：基本都是做一些 follow up 的工作，实验室没有自己代表作。科研经费：10年助理教授，经费一般。学生补助：实验室管理混乱，基本不存在学长学姐帮助学弟，老板也不管。师生关系：学姐学长基本 6+年毕业。毕业顶多就是 6年一篇aaai。学术发展没有前途。有几个senior 的学生和导师吵起来起来，然后quit phd了。
