导师辨识特征：只会吹嘘学术水平：学术水平极差，大多数时间在校外接项目，学生得不到任何指导，要帮老师做大量的杂活，基本不给补贴科研经费：极少，基本不用在学生学术研究上学生补助：600，国家补贴师生关系：不尊重学生，师生关系极差，无限制的榨取学生劳动力工作时间：很少在学校，学生也较散漫学生前途：实习是不可能有的，到毕业答辩都还要帮她干私活，毕业学生多不从事本行业工作
