导师辨识特征：计通学院前院长学术水平：老师接近退休，基本不在科研前线科研经费：经费、项目应该在学院算中等学生补助：没有，就是学院和学校补助师生关系：很好，老师很随和工作时间：不会严格要求，老师偶尔会来实验室看看学生前途：达到毕业条件可以实习，想深造老师会推荐
