自证认识导师：东北口音，说话豪放。学术水平：论文专利产出量高。科研经费：纵向横向经费都很富足。学生补助：每月500大洋，活多的时候800. 师生关系：师生关系融洽，经常带学生吃饭，同时，杂活也是有的，师生互帮互助嘛。工作时间：加班也是有的。学生前途：硕士生导师帮忙介绍工作，博士生导师联系读博后。
