导师辨识特征：比较年轻的女老师，个矮，微微娃娃脸学术水平：论文不少，都是水刊，SCI一只手就数的过来。科研经费：小老师哪来的经费学生补助：一年500，还得自己找发票师生关系：事多，压榨学生的剩余价值。丝毫不关心学生的身体、心理，把学生当发论文的机器。工作时间：没有休息日，没有节假日，没有钱学生前途：允许实习，秋后算账
