学术水平：早不做科研了，论文也不看，做一些犄角旮旯的东西，没有学术价值科研经费：一般学生补助：普通师生关系：不好，经常骂学生，科研全让学生做，，学生做不出来就骂，大家都走了，极其虚伪，假正经，面试的时候就知道瞎问工作时间：打卡，早八晚十学生前途：都走光了，招了那么多学生都不在他这儿呆，可见其人品，都跑到其他组去了
