导师辨识特征：戴眼镜，黑黑的学术水平：学术水平在基础医学院属于中等或中等偏上科研经费：大大小小的课题还是可以得，近年逐渐多起来了学生补助：基本每月都会一次课题组聚餐；研二开始，补助每月500左右，差不多是基础医学院最多的（很多老师不给）师生关系：非常尊重学生；对学生都是鼓励性教育；脾气超好，从不会发火。。。生平遇到最好的老师！工作时间：一般没什么事情都去实验室，但是老师不会强制要求。学生前途：一般如果学生想留在本地，李老师都会鼎力相助！
