导师辨识特征：身高1.75左右，嗓音浑厚，喜欢跑步学术水平：水平很高，论文的指导很有用。主要研究的是风车桥，在国内可以说是数一数二的。科研经费：经费很充足，也支持学生参加学术会议。学生补助：在学校属于中等偏上。有年终奖，发表论文也有相应的奖励。师生关系：师生关系很好工作时间：要打卡，有时间要求学生前途：会推荐学生去国有大型设计院
